Weber Haus classic Silver cachaça, distilled in handmade copper stills from sugar cane juice. Rested in a stainless steel tank for 6 months to ensure a clean and light flavour.
38% alcohol.
Appearance, taste and texture
Clear, silver colour with a vibrant bouquet; light and smooth to taste with a spicy and mineral finish. Distinctive sugarcane notes from the leaves of the plant used in the milling process, this cachaça has a unique flavour and is perfect for sipping or in cocktails.
How to drink
To be enjoyed neat over ice or in cocktails.
Best served neat over ice or in a cocktail. Some of the dishes that go particularly well with silver cachaça are fishcakes or other seafood, especially Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi and temaki or spicier dishes like fish tortillas and tacos. A caipirinha cocktail will work well with any spicy food.
The perfect cocktail
The traditional, rough round the edges muddled caipirinha is the perfect foil for this big, grassy cachaça.
The Muddled Caipirinha
50ml Weber Haus Silver Cachaça
1 lime (lemon is a perfectly acceptabe alternative)
2 tablespoons of light brown sugar
Cut lime into 8ths, muddle (squash) lime pieces in a tumbler with sugar to release juice and oil (the end of a rolling pin works well). Fill tumbler with ice, add cachaça and mix. Garnish with lime peel if you’re feeling fancy.
