The Lundu is a dance brought from South Africa to Brazil around 1700. Its melody and movement brings smiles to everyone who dances it, and we hope this cachaça does the same. Weber Haus Lundu Silver Cachaça is distilled from sugar cane juice in a handmade copper still and rested in a stainless steel tank to ensure its bright. clean flavours shine through.
40% alcohol.
Appearance, taste and texture
Clear, silver colour with a vibrant bouquet; light and smooth to taste with a spicy and mineral finish. This cachaça has a clean, sophisticated flavour and is great for sipping and perfect in cocktails.
How to drink
Best served neat over ice or in a cocktail. Some of the dishes that go particularly well with silver cachaça are fishcakes or other seafood, especially Japanese dishes such as sushi, sashimi and temaki or spicier dishes like fish tortillas and tacos. A caipirinha cocktail will work well with any spicy food
The perfect cocktail
This drink, created at the Boca de Ouro bar (São Paulo) by Arnaldo Hirai, has already become a landmark cocktail in Brazil, and we think it’s pretty good too!
